NOTE: Aside from the email and location identity crisis going on here, this "FRIEND" has probably already collected $13.3M from emotionally fragile, unsuspecting victims. I find it interesting that all these countries with millions to supposedly rid themselves of have civilizations suffering from malnutrition, lack of food and medical, basic humanitarian needs and peace.
