NOTE: First off, what the hell kind of subject is that??? Again, here we go with the archaic aim.com email address which mysteriously morphs into another email address located behind a VPN because the Netherlands are thousands of miles away from the Ukraine. I'm sure the Netherlands government is only able to afford a free email address that should have been retired over a decade ago. This suggests that aim may have just abandoned email and left it open to whatever nefarious organization wants to use it. Like the one below.
