NOTE: Once again, these thieves seem to be cashing in on copy and paste ability with email identity crises. Why would anyone think that receiving something as monumental like this is ok via email from not one, but several free email addresses?
On inspection of the IP address I found it belongs to ISP Oath Holdings, located in Sunnyvale, CA. This scammer claims to be from Atlanta, GA. These states are 2,567 miles apart.
A quick search of the phone number provided pulls up hundreds of results showing the same scam.
Protect yourselves:  If it seems to good to be true it is. Don't fall for any of this.
