NOTE:  Because this one is desperate?  Perhaps just an emotional appeal to start the money/travel scam.  It's sad how many lonely people fall victim to romance scams, even sadder are the ones who exploit others's emotions for their nothing bu their own benefit.
Notice the UK is now in the US?  This sender is geographically confused.
